Procedures:
　1. The enterprise applies for entering the Zone, seeking advice and
Obtaining detailed materials;
　2. Materials' first trial;
　3. Materials examined by expert;
　4. Reporting for approval.
Materials needed to submit
　1. Copies of the business license of the legal person of the enterprise, and the concerned materials for registration of industry and commerce;
　2. Brief introduction about the project, documents about examining and approving setting up the project, and the materials about the main product of the enterprise or techniques of the project;
　3. The feasibility report of the project and its examination and approval;
　4. Make a topographic map of the area that you will choose with the proportion of 1:500;
　5.The report of evaluating the environment;
　6.The report of prospecting the geology;
　7.The initial design of the project.
