CLOSED MANAGEMENT IN THE ZONE
Protect the enterprises in the Zone according
to the law. No organization or individual is permitted
to enter the Zone for visiting, investigating, interviewing,
inspecting or searching. Unless they get the permission
form the Management Committee, except for the judicial
organs who are dealing with the emergencies. Asking for
supporting or apportioning in the Zone is forbidden.

PREFERENTIAL
POLICIES ON LAND
The land in the Zone will be unified
planned, expropriated, and managed by the Management committee
of the Zone. As for the expropriated land, the Management
committee will support the enterprises (projects) entered
the Zone according to its possibility of rewarding, the
scientific and technological content of the products by
the following ways: totally presenting, half presenting,
transferring, renting or selling. |
PREFERENTIAL
POLICIES ON TAXES
From the day of going into operation,
the enterprises or projects in the Zone, which approved
by the tax bureaus needn't have to pay income tax and
value added tax in the first three years. 50% of the tax
payment that enterprises. Have paid will be awarded to
them in these successive three years. From the fourth
year, 80% of the tax payment of the income tax will be
awarded to the enterprises in the following successive
three years.
The high and new technological enterprises (projects),
which have been approved and registered, will enjoy the
preferential policies about taxing the high technology
industries in our country. |
