PREFERENTIAL POLICIES ON CHARGING 　　Enterprises (projects) in the Zone are free of all Kinds of administrative and operating expenses charged by the Municipality and District during the course of constructing and running. The Municipality and District will charge the fees that should be paid to the country and province according to the lowest standard within its range.
	POLICIES ON REWARDING ATTRACTING INVESTMENT 　　For individuals who attracts investment form outside the Municipality, if the investing amount of the fixed assets is more than 1,000 thousand Yuan, one month after finishing constructing the project, the individual will be rewarded according to the standard of 1-1.5% on the basis of content of science and technology of the project and the size of its scale after it is checked by relevant departments.
HIGH QUALITY SERVICE FROM BEGINNING TO END 　　The Zone will carry out the whole course coordinated service to help the enterprises in the Zone. The service includes: setting up project, assigning personnel and clarifying duties. Every project will be assigned a person who will specially coordinate relationship between the enterprise and the outside units. All the formalities that the enterprises in the Zone needs during the course of constructing and running will be unified handled by the Management Committee.
