WATER SUPPLYING AND DRAINING OFF 　The running water company of the city will supply water used in the Zone. Water supplying pipes will be laid according to the supplying request, 12000 Ton a day. A second level fire station will be set up in the southern area. 　Rainwater and polluted water will be drained separately in the Zone. The polluted water will be drained off to the lower reaches of Lishui River after it is disposed by the sewage treatment plant.
	POWER SUPPLYING 　　Electricity used in the Zone area will be connected with electric mains of the city. A substation of 110kv will be built in the Zone. It can provide all the electricity needed for workshops and service facilities.
ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION 　 The Zone will be a modern scientific and technological industry one which is beautified overall and surrounded by clear water. Strictly carrying out the policy that the rainwater and polluted water should be drained separately; and strictly controlling the polluting enterprises.
	AFFORESTING 　　Outside the road along the river, in the north Zone, a greenbelt for sightseeing with 20-120 meters will be built here; And afforesting the area by drawing back from Yongding Road about 8-10 meters. Portraying the central commercial square as the ecologically afforesting square. Planning every workshop to be in totally green.
