The scientific and technological industry Zone
of ZJJ is a place for developing city industry,
which takes environmental protection, science and
technology, ecological industries as its core. It
is not only a large-scale and high benefit industry
Zone, but also an experimental field for the mechanism
of the enterprise operation. It is a foundation
of the science and technology; furthermore, it's
a combination of local characteristic products and
scientific research achievement. |

DISTRICTING
THE LAND
The first phase of the project
of the Zone occupies the land of 1.09k㎡, in which
industry takes 46.9%, roads and squares take 18.3%,
business and finance take 10.3%, and public greenbelt
take 12.4%. The structure model is planned as "One
center, two greenbelts,
three horizontals and three verticals, and four
rings interlink with each other." |

TRADES
ARE ENCOURAGED TO DEVELOP
The point of the programmed is to develop
the industries, which combines labor-intensiveness with
technology-intensiveness. For example, tourist products,
biological medicine, local characteristic food, clothes,
electronic products, such kind of trades which need to
be processed as well as the trades of processing new type
materials.
